RPCushing Recruitment have created typical DISC personality profiles for many key roles in the Market Research industry.

Once your own personal DISC profile has been completed, you will be given the option to choose a job role against which to compare your profile. DISC will then produce a specific job match analysis for the role you have chosen, which will identify your personality strengths and weaknesses in relation to that role. It will also give you a summary of your suitability for all the other roles we have created.

Before you start, we recommend that you view some Sample Role Profiles. You can also see job match analysis in action by viewing the sample DISC reports from the menu above.

Please remember that DISC examines personality and not ability, and as with all psychometric tests, it is designed to provide you with guidance and is by no means definitive. However, this type of analysis can be very useful and insightful and greatly helpful in charting direction.
