When you set up a questionnaire, or view a report, you're always given an option to choose your preferred language. With a click of the mouse, you can create a questionnaire in Finnish or Malay, or translate a report into Chinese or Norwegian.
Questionnaires and reports don't need to be in the same language. You can, for example, have a candidate complete their questionnaire in Russian or Hindi, and read the resulting report in English or German. You can also choose to offer each candidate the option to select their preferred language, ensuring that their questionnaire appears in the most understandable form possible.
