The Candidate Match

With a Discus Candidate Match, you can take any Job Profile from your library and instantly assess your candidates against that role. So, the Candidate Match gives you a way to quickly locate the best matches (in terms of behaviour) for any role.

To see a Candidate Match in action, click the 'Jobs' tab in Discus and choose a Job Profile (you can use any Job Profile, whether one of the standard profiles or one you created yourself). In the 'Job Profile Options' on the right, just click the new 'Candidate Match' button to see the process in action.

Discus will scan through your candidate database and produce a report listing those candidates in order of their suitability for the role. You can filter that list to customise it to your exact needs, and you can find out more about any match by just double-clicking the candidate in the list. The Candidate Match also provides the high-quality report you expect from Discus; just click 'Print' to create a PDF Candidate Match report.

The Candidate Match is especially useful for ranking applicants for a particular role. You can group those candidates together using the 'Category' setting in their details, then filter the Candidate Match using that Category to get a report tailored to just the applicants directly relevant to you.

The Candidate Match feature is completely free and unlimited. There's no charge or limit of any kind for creating Candidate Matches.
